Directorate change - November 2021

Tate & Lyle PLC (Tate & Lyle) announces that Vivid Sehgal, Chief Financial Officer, will leave the Company on 31 December 2021 for personal reasons. Vivid is stepping down from the Board today and will remain as Chief Financial Officer until the end of the year to support an orderly transition.

The process to appoint a successor to Mr Sehgal is underway and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Nick Hampton, Chief Executive said: “I am sorry to see Vivid leave and would like to thank him for his contribution to the Company. He has played an important role supporting Tate & Lyle’s strategic transformation as well as maintaining strong financial discipline across the business. We wish him well for the future.”
