Melissa Kaczmarczyk, MPH, PhD is a Principal Scientist for North America on the Global Nutrition Team. She is responsible for pre-clinical and clinical research globally as well as the translation and communication of evidence-based science for internal and external audiences.
Dr Kaczmarczyk came to Tate & Lyle from PepsiCo where she spent over eight years in the nutrition science group in various roles supporting both research and nutrition science translation for grains, snacks and juice. She received a Bachelor of Science in Cell Molecular Biology from Winona State University, a master’s degree in Public Health-Epidemiology from Emory University, and a Certificate in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
