Annia Laposse is the Nutrition Manager for LATAM on the Global Nutrition Team. She is responsible for commercial and technical support in Spanish speaking countries in Latin America and interfaces with customers in those countries.
Annia came to Tate & Lyle from Unilever Mexico where she spent 12 years in the food industry where she held various positions in R&D including Nutrition Associate, Formula Coordinator, and Innovation Chef, working with brands such as AdeS, Maizena and Knorr. Annia has a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and Dietetics and a Diploma in Mexican Gastronomy.
