How to raise a concern
Internally we encourage our employees to raise a concern with their line manager, or other senior manager, an Ethics Ambassador or HR. However, if this is difficult for any reason they can raise their concern directly with the Speak Up Committee or with Safecall.
Safecall is an external, independent company which provides a confidential service, available 24 hours a day, staffed by professional investigators. Phoning Safecall gives every employee or business partner the opportunity to speak confidentially to an independent organisation about any concerns they may have about their interaction with Tate & Lyle. Safecall will pass the concern on to our Speak Up committee while protecting a callers anonymity.
