Our MAXI-GEL® Starch brand includes both non-GMO and traditional products. These maize starches that provide excellent freeze-thaw stability and have a varying degree of stability for different food systems. These starches are ideal for use in processed meats, soups, sauces, dressings and dairy products to provide thickening in foods which also require excellent stability in storage for long periods.

Our MAXI-GEL® Starch range offers varied labelling options and the ability to resist breakdown under processing stresses. MAXI-GEL® provides a thick creamy texture and offers varying shelf stability depending on your product requirements.

MAXI-GEL® 420 Starch is a thickening starch produced from corn which is used in applications with mild cooking such as processed meats, soups and sauces. This starch provides thick, creamy texture when cooked, very high shelf stability and low resistance to breakdown during cooking.
