One of our global customers wanted to create a new win within the dairy space with the launch of an indulgent, clean-label yoghurt line. They knew that to target their product to a wider customer audience, they would need to create a yoghurt that not only offered a creamy mouthfeel, but also was in line with increased consumer demand for cleaner labelling.
The solution was a great success, helping our customer bring the added benefits simple labelling and overall clean flavour to their yoghurt line. The brand continues to grow with its smooth and decadent texture, a winner with consumer tastes.

Having worked closely with this particular customer for many years in their culture plants, we were confident in our ability to sufficiently scale-up our clean-label solution, by modifying our dairy pilot plant to a similar processing setup and mimicking the sheer in their facilities.
