Similar functionality to modified food starch

The proprietary technology used to develop CLARIA® Functional Clean-Label Starches allows the starches to deliver similar functionality to modified food starch, in terms of process tolerance, appearance and taste, based on internal testing and customers’ feedback.

Tolerant to shear, heat and acid, even under extreme conditions like ultra-high temperatures (UHT) and homogenisation

Demonstrates high thickening efficiency and texture consistency over time
