A message to Recruitment Agencies and Executive Search Firms
As an organisation, Tate & Lyle is dedicating more effort to sourcing candidates directly, including promoting from within.
We have a long history of working with recruitment agencies and executive search firms to fill specialist roles or those requiring scarce skiils. Many times, we may engage an agency or search firm where a role is time sensitive.
To ensure that we operate in a fair and equitable manner, we have made two significant changes in how we work with our agency pool.
- We will now operate with an Approved Supplier list. Any recruitment agency or search firm that works with Tate & Lyle will agree terms and conditions with our procurement team prior to being engaged for any assignments.
- We will no longer accept speculative candidate submissions. Our global recruitment system has a dedicated agency portal. If you are selected to work with us, you will receive an email with a dedicated link to the specific role. From this portal, you can submit your candidates directly to our HR/Recruitment team.
We have advised all Tate & Lyle Hiring Managers and the HR team to no longer accept telephone or email approaches from organisations that are not on the Approved Supplier List.
